About the Course

This course introduces participants to different areas of the fashion industry business, and gives awareness into how they all work, and an insight of which area the participants might like to work in. Participants will take a brief look at the key players and their operations within the industry.

Target Audience

The course provides excellent opportunity for non-fashion professionals to gain knowledge to start their career or business in the fashion world.

Learning Objectives

The course includes a history of fashion business structure and where it is now, a look at how fashion is designed and developed, different types of retailers, buying and manufacturing methods, marketing and PR, and the career and business opportunities available in the industry.
