Prague Film School offers an accredited conservatory Acting for Film program. Students rigorously train in on-camera acting, voice, movement, acting theory and the business of acting. While some 90% of actors experience theater training, 90% of work for actors is in filmed media. To be successful in this highly competitive field, knowledge of techniques specific to film is essential for today’s actor.

The year program is divided into two semesters. First semester, each student completes foundation courses in screenwriting, directing, cinematography and editing. Students also enroll in two elective courses while receiving additional training in sound, lighting, camera movement and grip.
