Introduction

The Dual Hotel/Food & Beverage Management Program is intensive as well as comprehensive. Building on the foundation provided in the one year program. In the space of two years, students will complete a total of 16 courses, based on the curriculum created by the Educational Institute of American Hotel and Lodging Association, which will allow them to gain the knowledge and master the skills needed in both Hotel and Food & Beverage Management. The courses are overseen by highly qualified instructors, each with over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality industry.
