CASE 1. BASICS OF EDOMAE STYLE SUSHI

Hours One day, a slot of 3 hours between 9am and 6pm Content - How to clean middle-sized fish (Ex. one kind from Young Yellowtail, Salmon, Horse Mackerel) - How to cut out fish - Practice of Nigiri Sushi - Tasting Fee - Starting from 40,000JPY (3hours/day) - *Instruction Fee, Ingredient Costs are included - *If we cannot book an English-speaking instructor, translation fee may be charged separately. - *8% Consumption tax will be added - *Ingredients used in the course may vary depending on the conditions of purchase.
