To be a leading Educational Program at the national level, consolidated and recognized for its relevant educational offer and for its high commitment to the sustainable development of the community; oriented to be a platform for technological development in the use of solar energy, favoring international ties as a human development strategy. To train highly trained technicians with practical and normative knowledge in the efficient use and exploitation of solar energy as well as renewable resources, with the aim of creating, evaluating, integrating, and maintaining efficient and sustainable energy-saving projects and their generation.
