This introductory course is ideal for individuals who either own or plan to own electric or hybrid vehicles, as well as those who work with such cars. The course is tailored to non-technical learners and doesn't require any prior knowledge of electric or hybrid technology. Upon completion of the course, you'll have gained a fundamental understanding of how to safely manage and interact with these types of vehicles.

The Electrical Installation Program is a 30-week comprehensive program that prepares a student to enter the electrical field by familiarizing students with residential and commercial electrical trade principles. Students receive the necessary classroom and lab instruction on the subject that is being taught during each section of the course.

This qualification is primarily aimed at practising electricians with relevant experience and other allied professionals, e.g., surveyors, consultants, and other trades needing to update and enhance their understanding of IET Wiring Regulations.

The Electronic Systems Technician (EST) program teaches students the basic skills for entry-level employment in the commercial or residential communication, security, fire alarm, integrated control, entertainment, or surveillance systems.

Every Olin student gets some basic electrical and computer engineering experience. Students learn basic circuit analysis, design, and testing in Modeling and Control in the first year and work with sensors, data acquisition, and signal processing in Real-World Measurements.
