The representative of Mexico, @Marisol Delgado Torres from the University of Sonora - also representing the Mexican Association for International Education (@AMPEI) - participated in the panel talking about the different mobility options that exist in Mexico. He commented in the first instance on how higher education is constituted in Mexico, sharing the advantages and disadvantages of public institutions and private institutions, as well as the great opportunity that the online modality is being today. He explained which are the ways to carry out studies in Mexico: bilateral agreements, collaboration networks (mainly with the Latin American Academic Exchange Program and the Academic Program for Educational Mobility), virtual modality (eMovies, COIL and mirror classes), adding that this Last way had the same benefits as face-to-face mobility. He added that Mexico has 2,435 programs on the #CONACYT National Quality Postgraduate Program register to carry out a postgraduate program, both for national and international students and that currently several proposals are accepted for the different scholarships that are offered.
