Introduction
Program Objectives
This program is designed to equip students with the skills of a Property Administrator. Property administrators perform administrative duties and coordinate activities related to the management and rental of investment property and real estate on behalf of property and strata property owners. They are employed by property, real estate, and strata services management companies, property development companies and by the government.
Admissions Criteria
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Mature student
Graduation Criteria
- A minimum final mark of 60%
- An overall average of 60% of students who achieve an average of 85% or more will have an Honors designation on their diploma.
