Introduction
Animated graphics are present in a multitude of media and formats, from the credits of series, films or video games, through music videos, mappings and video creations, to news, memes and a variety of content on social networks or streaming platforms.
Why is it so appealing? Because of its effectiveness and its ability to impress. The flow of moving images, together with the appropriate sound design, creates a unique connection, an almost hypnotic atmosphere.
Designers must be fluent in the tools, know the media, and master the language and audiovisual resources in addition to being fluent in the tools to successfully connect with the 21st-century's demanding users, who are eager for new proposals and content.
With an eminently practical approach (exercises and projects are carried out under the supervision of specialized professors), the Postgraduate Degree in Motion Design applies project methodologies such as Design Thinking and Agile Development, in addition to professional management and production resources and processes.
The programme is divided into six modules that take place in workshops, technology classes and audiovisual culture sessions and concludes with a final postgraduate project that is presented to a panel of professionals from the sector. The workshops are spaces in which practical exercises are carried out on different specific topics, such as metaphor, narrative and audio, which aim to gradually add up all the skills necessary to achieve a good final result.
This postgraduate course is aimed at graduates in Design, Audiovisual Communication, Film, Advertising and/or Fine Arts, and professionals without specific qualifications who can prove experience in any of these fields.
