About this course
This course is designed to prepare you for a job either as Cabin Crew. It will give you an insight into the role of cabin crew. This qualification would aid you in expanding your knowledge about the role and prepare you better for undertaking any job applications in this area.
What you will study
This course is designed to prepare you for a job either as Cabin Crew. It will give you an insight into the role of cabin crew. This qualification would aid you in expanding your knowledge about the role and prepare you better for undertaking any job applications in this area.
Assessment
Through course work which is both written and practical. This will involve educational visits to airports and airlines. There will also be talks from industry guest speakers.
Entry requirements
Entry Level 3/ Level 1 - There are no entry requirements but if you don’t have any qualifications you will be asked to take an English and maths test.
Level 2 - 4 GCSEs at grades 9 – 3/A* – D (English and maths desirable) or a Level 1 qualification.
Level 3 - 4 GCSEs at grade 9 – 4/A* – C, including English and Maths, or a Level 2 qualification (Merit or Distinction) in a related subject. Note: for skills-based qualifications you might need the skills at Level 2 in order to enrol onto the Level 3.
Moving forward
Employment at an airport or as Cabin Crew for any airline.
