For those that choose to progress to the certificate level of the course, you will be able to use our system to receive a personalized CLAW360 report. This baselines your behavior against 18 Change Leader attributes, used to identify development opportunities and contribute towards your assignments.

What's the difference between award, certificate, and diploma?

The certificate is the most popular and the course is designed to meet the learning requirements. Diploma level is an extra 3 days of training and an additional 200 hours of learning.

CMI qualifications come with three different certifications:

  • Award is the shortest and most concise qualification – typically takes between 1 and 3 months. (one assignment)
  • Certificate provides a broad base of knowledge and skills – typically takes between 3 and 12 months. (Two assignments)
  • Diploma provides a comprehensive and extensive programme of learning - typically takes between 9 and 18 months. (Six assignments)

Official enrolment closes 7 days prior to the course start date. This helps us to ensure the professional delivery of the course and prepare personalized training packs. If there are still places left after this window then we may be able to expedite, please call before booking.

Choose the date and location for the course you would like to attend and process through our secure portal. We can also take bookings over the phone and process through the Purchase Order arrangement.

Discounts are applied to bookings for more than one person. This is applied automatically as part of the booking process (starting at 12% for two persons and up to 32% for 12 persons). Please contact us if you need to discuss payment options.

Delegate cancellations are refunded: 100% if notified no less than 4 weeks of the course start date, 50% if notified no less than 2 weeks of the course date, 25% if notified no less than 1 week of the course start date. We accommodate changes to different dates wherever possible to avoid you incurring costs of cancellation.
