In the field of small and medium-sized enterprises, they are also familiar with the purpose, role, significance, method of compilation and practical implementation of strategic and operational planning; modern organizational procedures, information and communication techniques and their application in practice. They are aware of the ways in which the marketing strategy, market behavior, corporate image and PR activities of small and medium-sized enterprises are shaped and put into practice. In the field of project management, they also: they know the basics of project planning, organization, management, control, they can take part in its practical implementation. They know the IT tools that support the planning and implementation of the project, as well as the methodological bases of decision preparation.
