Postgraduate in Business Management

DESCRIPTION

This course aims to provide professional improvement that promotes better integration and performance of business action. To this end, the course combines an aspect of technical updating with an aspect of knowledge and experience, thanks to the knowledge of the business reality on the part of the professors.

OBJECTIVES

- Professional enhancement, improving better integration and/or performance of business activities;
- Preparation for the exercise of management functions with solid training in various business areas, namely in strategic management, finance, operations management, and management planning and control systems;
- Development of leadership skills in business activities, necessary for coordination and value creation.
