This program is for

Professional in all areas, interested in applying methodologies to make improvements in the business processes of your company or organization.

In our region, few organizations have documented and optimized processes, so the Business Process Improvement Specialty has total social and economic relevance.

When studying at ITESO

  • You are taking a program based on BPM, Business Process Management*
  • You have the possibility of certifying yourself as a professional in business processes, as well as in business intelligence, through one of the highly prestigious international associations.
  • You join an academic community with a high level of specialization in the area of business processes, project management and consulting.
  • You access specialized laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art software to develop process management practices and projects.
  • Upon completion of the Business Process Improvement Specialty, you can revalidate courses to obtain the Master's Degree in Applied Computer Science in one year of study.

The specialty has a scheme of three periods, two semesters and one quarterly. The training plan is designed so that students dedicate 20 hours a week, where they will have lectures, a laboratory, various tasks and the preparation of their final project.
