Introduction
KMBC Church Leadership program equips and enables students to work in a church setting in a non-pastoral way. This program will prepare you for lay leadership roles in the church such as associate pastor, a peer counsellor, small group leader, visitation pastor, and more. Students entering this program feel God's call to leadership within the church, but not specifically to preaching.
While providing strong leadership in a church setting, our graduates can support the senior pastor and provide the skills necessary for the church’s leadership staff, such as a board, council, or team, to work together for the church's good.
