Introduction
LaSalle College Montréal's Administration and Management Technology (Profile in E-Commerce) program prepares you to play a central role in an organization's activities by working closely with other professionals. You will be trained in research, data collection and processing, as well as information management and procedure development. You will also learn how to coordinate teams and ensure that projects are completed within established deadlines and budgets.
You will master essential aspects of e-commerce, such as digital marketing and sales platform management. You will gain a deep understanding of business models while learning to quickly adapt to new trends and communicate effectively within a team. You will also be trained to manage logistics, consumer behavior, and digital legislation.
This hands-on program will equip you with the skills needed to participate in strategic decision-making and identify market opportunities.
Performance monitoring
Ability to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of online activities to identify areas for improvement and optimize business strategies.
Negotiation
Skill in establishing mutually beneficial agreements with partners, suppliers, and clients, taking into account business objectives and budget constraints.
Management of material and human resources
Ability to supervise and optimize the use of equipment and technological infrastructure to ensure the smooth operation of online activities.
Persuasion
Competence in positively influencing the decisions of clients and stakeholders by presenting convincing arguments to work in synergy and highlight the advantages of an idea, decision, or to promote products or services online.
