Introduction

The Clerical Assistant Certificate is designed to prepare individuals for entry-level responsibilities in universal office environments. Emphasis is placed on developing skills such as receiving visitors, filing, telephone etiquette, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, software applications, editing and proofreading documents, and contemporary office procedures.

Upon successful completion, students will be able to:
