Innovative Leadership MBA Summer Course

The MBA Summer School in Innovative Leadership prepares managers towards these four critical skills.
The Innovative Leadership track offers the following courses:

After completing these courses, you will have gained the knowledge, insights and tools to successfully work in a performing team, either by leading it or by being an active member. You will improve your decision-making skills and learn how to structure your arguments in a debate.

This course explores the concept of ambidextrous thinking, which involves balancing decisive action with innovative thinking. Topics include decision-making frameworks, creative problem-solving, and fostering a culture of innovation. You will learn how to make informed decisions while encouraging innovation within your organisation. The course includes practical exercises and case studies to develop ambidextrous thinking skills.
Leading High-Performing Teams
This course focuses on the strategies and skills needed to lead high-performing teams. Topics include team dynamics, leadership styles, performance management, and conflict resolution. You will learn how to build, motivate, and lead teams to achieve exceptional performance. The course includes practical insights and techniques for creating a collaborative and productive team environment.
