Introduction
Apply now to start in September 2022
Operating in a post-pandemic environment, digital transformation and aligning to ESG goals means that building a culture of sustainability has become much more than a tick box exercise for organisations. With growing demands from stakeholders and consumers, being able to prove your contribution towards the big issues of people, society and the planet means tackling culture – big and small C.
The Postgraduate Diploma in Culture and Sustainability has been designed for leaders in organisations who want to make a difference. The programme draws on Roffey Park’s long-established research on organisational resilience and more recent work on the meaning and practice of organisational sustainability from human interaction and flourishing perspectives. Taking these perspectives, learners will reflect on and learn about how culture is both generated and structured in organisations. Also, how alignment in decision making, process management, the delegation of authority, continuous improvement, customer centricity and brand, can form culture and the potential for sustainability. The focus of development in this programme is on your skills and behaviour around the subject of culture and sustainability so that you can create impact and sustainable positive change within your own context.
We are an associate partner of the University of Sussex who act as a validating authority for our Postgraduate Diploma in Culture and Sustainability.
The Postgraduate Diploma in Culture and Sustainability is available as a virtual programme initially.
