Introduction
The Hübner lab at the Galilee Research institute (MIGAL), Israel offers a post-doctorate position in plant ecology and evolution. The project involves the analysis of a species distribution and landscape genomics using advanced computational tools in order to study adaptation to future climate. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in spatial ecology and firm knowledge in species distribution models to join this exciting and high-impact project!
The ideal candidate should have a relevant research experience in ecology, evolution, biogeography, spatial modeling, or related fields of research. Some background in bioinformatics and/or population genomics is an advantage. The post-doc position duration is two years subject to review after the first year; further extension may also be possible.
