Introduction
This course is jointly developed by the Tourism Management Institute of Singapore ((TMIS) and the National Association of Travel Agents Singapore (NATAS). This programme covers the knowledge and skills in conducting pre-tour briefings for outbound travel groups, lead tour groups across international borders and providing service recovery for emergencies and tour group conflicts during outbound travel. Upon completing the course, you may apply for a NATAS Tour Leader badge with the NATAS registry.
