Introduction
The post-baccalaureate program in Offshore Wind Energy Engineering provides a pathway for students from other disciplines to pursue the MS and/or PhD degree program at Tufts. Students enroll in graduate-level courses alongside other engineering students to learn the core concepts of the industry. Credits earned may be transferred to the MS and/or PhD program in Offshore Wind Energy Engineering at Tufts.

Post-Baccalaureate Courses
Four graduate-level courses are required for this post-bac certificate. Only 100-level and 200-level courses count towards the post-bac. Students in this program need to satisfy all course prerequisites listed in the Tufts Bulletin. Completion of the certificate requires grades of B- or better in all courses with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Courses numbered above 100 awards graduate credit, and are transferable into the Tufts Master of Science in Offshore Wind Energy Engineering program upon acceptance to the program. Completion of this program does not guarantee admission to the graduate program in Offshore Wind Energy Engineering.
Program Outcome
Students in the Offshore Wind Energy Engineering program receive world-class training in wind policy, technical applications, and project management to prepare them for jobs in the global industry, academia, and the public sector.
