Introduction
The MBA-Certificate program at the Neuchatel campus prepares managers and leaders of the future to meet the needs of the global business environment. In some offerings applicants can select specializations: General Management, Hospitality Management, however, the MBA-Certificate Program consists of a core four-course structure that includes Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Management Theory, and Marketing Management.
The central pedagogical idea of the VU MBA-Certificate program is to offer participants a balanced education, emphasizing business fundamentals, tools, and models for decision-making, and the necessary knowledge and skills to be effective managers in a marketplace that is increasingly global and technological.
